Role And Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Oversee and guide a team of developers, ensuring high code quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and conduct technical training sessions as needed.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design and scalability planning.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proven experience in client interaction and team handling
• Proficiency in FastAPI, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Strong knowledge of web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases).
• Familiarity with RESTful API principles and API documentation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proven experience in client interaction and team handling.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
